What is the return policy?
We want you to love your gear. If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Because our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partners, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, certain items such as customized products, limited drops, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If a product arrives damaged or with a printing error, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
When will I get my order?
Since each piece is made to order, processing usually takes 2–5 business days. After fulfillment, delivery typically takes:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
- International orders: 7–20 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are fulfilled through trusted partners like Apliiq and Printify, with production facilities in the U.S. and worldwide. This helps us deliver faster depending on your location while ensuring high-quality apparel and prints.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the product and destination. Exact rates are calculated at checkout. Here’s a general breakdown:
- U.S. orders: $4–$8 for the first item, discounts on additional items
- International orders: $7–$15 depending on country
